A scenic off-road race in the beautiful New Forest. 10 mile route only available this year in order to comply with new Forestry regulations, the route now keeps too approved trails and paths. One of the very few events that use this part of the forest for running events.

Entry Fee Includes :

  • Prizes - Trophies for 1st, 2nd, 3rd + trophies for age category winners 40+, 50+ and 60+

Numbers are collected on the day, please arrive in plenty of time to pick these up from race HQ for the prompt 10am race start. Race HQ will be open from 8am

The start line is 1km away from the race HQ, give yourself plenty of time to get there after using the facilities at the race HQ.

We are under strict conditions from the Forestry England now, any urinating in the forest could impact our permit availability for future years

The 10 mile races will be organised under UK Athletics rules on Trail Running Association permit, permit number (tbc)

Unfortunately the course is unsuitable for standard wheelchairs (the start and finish area is access friendly for well-wishers)

Dog are not permitted with the runners on the course
